It's 1718, three years after Pauline makes a peace with the Catawba and Cheraw Indians - but the Yamasee War is still going strong back in Charleston and Port Royal.  The people are starving behind palisade walls and every full moon brings a new threat.  The Governor sends an embassy and asks Pauline to intervene again - this time with her own people, the Yamasee.  Make a peace with them and bring them back.  She is offered 500 pounds but it will mean traveling down to St. Augustine.  And of course David insists on going too.
